Chef Jasirah Dalvi is a multi-faceted culinary professional with a strong foundation in fine dining, food styling, and F&B consultation. With over a decade of experience, she has worked across iconic hospitality spaces, including Taj Hotels, Arth, Sorrentina, Perch Wine & Coffee Bar, and Foodhall—refining menus, improving back-end operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Through her consultancy brand Teeloffel Galley, Jasirah helps restaurants and hospitality brands build their culinary identity from the ground up. Her recent consultation projects include Bonzai (a multi-cuisine restaurant in Surat), Plate & Pint (Mumbai), and Debarshi Smoothie Bar in Gujarat. She also led the F&B setup for Adiva Beacon, a 50-room boutique hotel, managing kitchen planning, menu creation, vendor sourcing, and team training.
Her skillset extends into food styling and production, having worked on campaigns for Gulaab Oil, Bourbon, and other national FMCG brands. She has been part of the food styling and prep teams for popular television shows like MasterChef India and Laughter Chef on Colors TV—handling high-pressure production environments with creativity and precision.
Chef Jasirah also runs Calibite Meals, a nutrition-focused meal-prep kitchen, where she merges health and flavor for daily clean-eating menus. Her work blends visual storytelling with operational strength, allowing her to deliver not just great food, but full-scale hospitality systems.
Today, Chef Jasirah continues to shape modern dining— consulting with restaurants, boutique hotels, and cloud kitchens, while bringing her distinct blend of structure, aesthetics, and soulful cooking to every table she touches.
